For the first time in almost two years, Intramuros will once again experience live music courtesy of a select number of modular synthesizer enthusiasts from around Metro Manila. These artists will be playing ambient music outdoors for the first time in an intimate gathering. This meetup is akin to M.O.T.S. (Modular On The Spot) which is an outdoor event series that invites electronic musicians and curious crowds to different locations around the city and participate in something that is less of a concert but more of a “picnic for modular synthesis enthusiasts” which is inspired by similar events in other cities all around the world.
Considering that this intimate gathering will be the first of its kind, and also the first to be held inside the walled city in almost two years, the artists who will be performing hopes that it can help in re-activating the spaces within Intramuros thru live ambient music for the people visiting.
